After just 6 weeks of being open, Stephen and Bill’s efforts moved the business into a position of profit. This progression was tracked for the first 12 months of trading by International Real Estate trainer Lee Woodward from The Real Estate Academy, on the audio known as Cold Start. During this 12 months, John McGrath, Sadhana Smiles and Matt Steinwede were invited by Lee Woodward to comment on the progress of the business. The initial and ongoing success is due to developing systems and strategies within a values-based environment which focuses on fracturing stereotypes.
This has led to building a business that not only has the reputation for its strength in the production of future business opportunities, but as one of the most profitable real estate agencies in the country. The business has the fortune of operating on the cash it generates, rather than relying on credit and overdrafts. As a result, Stephen’s focus remains fixed on development, education and innovation, allowing all stake holders, team members and clients the ability to leverage and profit from this knowledge.
